Nike and Instagram have partnered to create an expansion for the NIKEiD sneaker customization platform. The new “Nike PHOTOiD” app allows a user to turn a photograph into a footwear creation by applying the photo’s color palette to one of a number of Air Max classics: the Air Max 1, Air Max 90 and the Air Max 95. The user can then purchase and share the designs through various social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, Google+ and of course Instagram.

Nike PHOTOiD is now available in the U.S., UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan and China.
