Client Service Agreements
Master service agreements and statements of work that define scope, deliverables, revisions, payment terms and IP ownership.
MADE NEXT PC drafts, reviews and negotiates agreements for agencies, creators, founders and brands — airtight on the law, written in plain language, with flat-fee packages for common agreements.
Overview
Most business disputes start with a contract that was vague, borrowed from a template, or never signed. A well-drafted agreement sets expectations on scope, payment, ownership and what happens when something goes wrong — before it does.
We build agreements around how your business actually works, so they are easy for clients and partners to sign and hold up when it matters. Most contracts are drafted and returned within three business days.

FAQ
Templates are a starting point, but they rarely match your services, California law, or the risks you actually face. Common gaps include unclear IP ownership, missing payment and late-fee terms, and no limitation of liability.
It depends on the contract. Under U.S. copyright law, the creator generally owns the work unless it qualifies as a work made for hire or the rights are assigned in writing. Agencies and clients should spell out ownership, licenses and when rights transfer — often upon full payment.
Most contracts are drafted and returned within three business days. Faster timelines are available when a deal is moving quickly.
Yes. We review the other party’s agreement, explain the risks in plain English, and propose redlines so you can negotiate from a position of strength.
Generally, yes. Under the federal E-SIGN Act and California’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, electronic signatures are valid for most business contracts, with limited exceptions.
At minimum: deliverables and deadlines, payment, content approval, usage rights and their duration, exclusivity, and compliance with FTC endorsement disclosure rules.
